6. Finalize Financing
Your lender completes the loan approval process and orders the appraisal.
7. Final Walkthrough
Review the property before closing to ensure everything is in agreed-upon condition.
8. Close on Your New Home
Sign the paperwork, receive your keys, and celebrate becoming a homeowner!
